You will find Ex in the rural hamlet of Chaldon Herring, in the Purbecks near to Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door, yet central to the towns of Weymouth and Dorchester, Wareham and Swanage. Chaldon Herring has a vibrant working farming community, with a myriad of pleasant walks either locally or to the coast and along it. There is a popular free house pub serving tasty food within walking distance.
Converted from a former booking office for a coach company, Ex Officio, is now a comfortable spacious holiday home from which to enjoy and explore the attractions of south Dorset and the Jurassic coast. It has three bedrooms, two being on the ground floor level with the third a twin upstairs with its own shower and wc. Downstairs there is a large lounge and fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Parking at the rear off road for two vehicles.
The garden has a patio area with table and chairs for sitting out, relaxing with a glass of wine and eating al fresco whilst admiring the peaceful views.
There is no extra charge for bringing your pet(s) with you but please keep them off the beds and not leave them unattended in the house or garden. (Not dog proof)
