SHORT BREAKS:
MIN STAY three nights charged at 75% of full week's rent;
four nights charged at 83% of full week's rent;
five nights charged at 87% of the full week's rent
six nights charged at 90% of the full week's rent
During the peak times from June-September, Oct & May half-terms, Christmas, New Year and Easter, short breaks may be booked only within two weeks of the required date.
