SHORT BREAKS:
MIN STAY 3 nights charged at 75% of full week's rent;
4 nights charged at 83% of full week's rent;
5 nights charged at 87% of full week's rent
6 nights charged at 90% of full week's rent
During the peak times from June-September, Oct & May half-terms, Christmas, New Year and Easter,
short breaks may be booked only within two weeks of the required date.
